Mr. Trung Nguyen is currently an attorney at Le & Associates, having joined the firm in 03/2023. Before joining Le & Associates, Mr. Trung Nguyen accumulated over 06 years of experience in the legal field, specializing in dispute resolution and civil and corporate advisory. He spent 04 years working as a Court officer, where he was entrusted with the responsibility of being a clerk and assisting in the resolution of major cases.  Currently, Mr. Trung Nguyen focuses on providing legal advice and representing clients in disputes, safeguarding their legal rights and interests in cases related to commercial business, civil, administrative matters, and issues arising during the operation of businesses. Additionally, he also has experience in providing legal consultancy in corporate governance and management processes.

• Assisted attorneys in resolving Contract sale disputes, Contracts investment cooperation, and disputes arising during business operations of enterprises;
• Represented clients, including top 5 banks in Vietnam, in resolving disputes between Banks and businesses, successfully recovering debts ranging from VND 500 billion to VND 6900 billion, and recovering mortgaged assets worth over VND 1000 billion;
• Assisted attorneys in representing top 10 Vietnamese companies in the construction and interior design industry, resolving disputes with investors and contractors. Most of the cases were resolved through mediation, recovering debts ranging from VND 200 million to VND 3 billion for clients.
• Assisted attorneys in representing the top 10 Vietnamese companies in the construction sector, resolving disputes with the largest investors in Vietnam. Despite prolonged negotiations, the case was ultimately resolved with a fair judgment for both parties, resulting in the client recovering their outstanding debt;
• Assisted attorneys in representing clients in resolving shareholder disputes for a leading Vietnamese company in the electricity and energy production sector. The dispute was resolved with an agreement on legal rights and benefits, leading to the joint development of a hydropower plant;
• Assisted attorneys in resolving civil disputes, including issues related to civil transactions, civil contracts, inheritance, damage compensation, and other civil claims;
• Assisted attorneys in resolving family law disputes, including divorce, child custody, and asset division during divorce;
• Assisted attorneys in resolving administrative decision and behavior disputes;
• Assisted attorneys in providing legal consultancy on civil matters and business contracts;
• Provided consultancy for leading enterprises in the field of construction, construction works, and top 10 beverage enterprises in Vietnam.
