Attorney Le Thiên is a founding member and the Chairman of the Member Council of Le & Associates.

Before establishing Le & Associates Company Limited, Mr. Thien worked as a Deputy Director at Finance Investment Consultancy and Intellectual Property Joint Stock Company (Vietnam) for two years and served as a Deputy Manager of Legal Department for six years at Consulting and Research Company Limited for Technology Transfer and Investment (CONCETTI).

With extensive expertise and flexible negotiation skills, Mr. Thien is highly trusted and highly regarded by many clients. In addition to his strengths in litigation, he has considerable experience in handling complex cases in various fields, such as intellectual property, investment, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, labor, commercial, and contracts.

With over 20 years of professional experience, Attorney Le Thien has provided legal advice and represented notable clients such as Honda Vietnam, Vimeco, PVGASN, Paldo Vina, Schenker, and others.

• Successfully protected the interests of a noodle manufacturing company, a member of one of the leading instant noodle producers in South Korea, in a dispute with Liberty Insurance Company regarding a claim for insurance compensation worth hundreds of billions of VND;
• File a Claim against Quang Nam DPI – Client: World Group Investment;
• Review and Negotiate Off-take Agreement on Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) of Dung Quat Refinery – Client: Tran Hong Quan Trading , Co.;
• Purchase properties, transfer gas station, and a part of the investment project – Client: PV Oil (Hanoi);
• Engage in a joint venture project on chromite ore exploitation in Nhu Thanh – Thanh Ho
