– Legal compliance due diligence of urban, commercial residential projects developed on landbank created by the relocation of old industrial facilities of state-owned enterprises (in 2020, Hanoi, scale of about 11 hectares; in 2021, Ho Chi Minh city, scale of about 03 hectares);

– Real estate projects of foreign investors: amendment to the in-principle approval of a park & commercial housing project, under the purview of Prime Minister (2022-2025, Hanoi, scale of about 300 hectares); amendment to the in-principle approval of an urban area project, under the purview of Prime Minister (from 2024, Ho Chi Minh city, scale of about 350 hectares); due diligence and advice on a resort, casino and residential integrated project (2024, Quang Nam province, scale of about 980 hectares); amendment to the in-principle approval of an urban area project developed on a piece of land as payment for the Build-Transfer contract (2024-2025, Hanoi, scale of about 82 hectares); advice on the final account of a Build-Transfer project (from 2025, Hanoi); application for in-principle approval of a new urban area project developed on a piece of land as payment for the Build-Transfer contract (from 2025, Hanoi, scale of 74 hectares);
