Huong is an attorney at the Department of Regular Consulting & Contracts at Le & Associates. She has over 5 years of experience providing regular legal advice to both Vietnamese and foreign enterprises across a wide range of industries such as manufacturing, trade, services, real estate, construction, e-commerce, and information technology… including companies located in industrial parks and export processing parks. With a deep understanding of the legal system and business culture in Vietnam, as well as international practices and standards, she has successfully resolved many complex legal issues and offered creative solutions to overcome challenges arising during the operations of businesses.

She has provided regular legal consultancy to several notable clients, including:

• A solar energy battery manufacturing enterprise with nearly 10.000 employees – a member of a multinational corporation headquartered in China, operating in an export processing zone;
• A 100% German-invested enterprise specializing in plastic pellets production, located in the Thuan Dao expanded industrial park;
• A Vietnamese enterprise operating in the trade and import-export of dairy products, supplying agents, stores, supermarket chains, and restaurant chains nationwide;
• A listed enterprise primarily engaged in consulting, designing, and constructing industrial and civil works; manufacturing steel structures; and involved in major projects such as the Vung Ang 1 Thermal Power Plant, Ca Mau NPK Fertilizer Plant, Long Son Petrochemical Complex, Dos Bocas Oil Refinery in Mexico, Vinfast Car Manufacturing Complex;
• A listed enterprise in the Southern region, mainly engaged in the distribution of petroleum products.
• Additionally, she has achieved significant results in contract consulting, helping clients structure and implement optimal solutions, especially regarding tax-related matters. Some of her accomplishments include:
• Providing legal advice and representing clients in negotiating a deferred payment contract for a rooftop solar power system between a Vietnamese enterprise and TotalEnergies – an international energy company operating in over 130 countries;
• Advising on land lease contracts for industrial parks in Hai Ha and Dai An;
• Advising on franchising contracts for the Canadian education system, Maple Bear;
• Advising on investment cooperation contracts for a project in Da Lat;
• Advising on convertible loan agreements;
• And various other contracts, including sales contracts, foreign trade contracts, construction contracts, real estate lease agreements, mortgage and pledge agreements, etc.
