Mr. Hoang is a senior expert in the finance-tax and accounting area of Le & Associates. He represents corporate clients and financial institutions in a wide range of banking, financing, and derivatives transactions. His experience particularly focuses on creating and implementing tax-efficient financing, significantly assisting Clients in developing effective financial and tax strategies, managing financial risks, and structuring corporate capital.

Through his 20 years of experience, he has obtained the firm knowledge and essential skills to provide practical counsel and handle most tax-financial matters. He is able to develop quickly, accurately, and effectively integrated solutions that are integrated into the business process and resolve any issues arising from Clients’ operations.

• Conducting tax reviews during business operations and handling accounting vouchers in compliance with tax regulations;
• Establishing standardized accounting records to ensure the most advantageous tax settlement process;
• Advising on balancing income, expenses, and income statements to mitigate risks for businesses; analyzing tax and accounting risks during business operations to prevent potential losses for clients.
• Preparing reports in accordance with legal requirements, including VAT declaration, PIT declaration, CIT declaration, and financial statements;
• Handling actual tax settlement procedures with tax inspectors; working with and explaining data to inspectors during the settlement process.

Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Finance – Academy of Finance.
