Mr. Phan Sang is the Director of the Investment Department at Le & Associates. The experience serving at various investment projects provides him with a deep familiarity with the legal system of Vietnam.

With nearly 20 years of experience in investment consulting, he provides advice to clients on a broad range of investments including production, import and export, real estate, energy, and natural resources as well as representing clients in all stages of investment from initial diligence to project operation. His clients are both foreign and domestic investors. For foreign investments, he helps investors access their project, seek out effective strategy and plan on implementation to comply with a range of local laws and regulations. For domestic clients, he guides companies and investors through evaluating, structuring, and executing the project to anticipate risks and optimize their results.
