Nguyen Nhung is an attorney at Le & Associates. Before joining Le & Associates, she gained several years of experience advising foreign companies and multinational corporations operating in Vietnam.

At Le & Associates, she is a member of the Department of Foreign Investment & Intellectual Property – a legal branch of the firm specializing in Foreign investment and International trade matters. She has successfully assisted numerous foreign organizations investing in Vietnam and supported Vietnamese companies and corporations in expanding into international markets such as Italy, Germany, Australia, Poland, Thailand, and more.

• Provided consultancy and support for a foreign-invested company in adding e-commerce as a new business sector;
• Advised a Vietnamese company on its investment in Thailand in the healthcare sector;
• Advising the seller operating in the oil and gas sector in a merger and acquisition transaction with a purchase price of VND 90 billion;
• Provided legal advice for a foreign group investing in Vietnam in the entertainment gaming business with a total investment capital of over USD 4 million;
• Advised and supported merger and acquisition transactions related to investment cooperation, construction, and operation of a hotel project.
