Mr. Doan is a litigation lawyer at Le & Associates with 10 years of experience in resolving disputes in various areas, including civil law, construction, commercial matters, international trade of goods, real estate, internal corporate disputes, labor law, credit contract disputes, and criminal cases related to economic crimes. He also has experience in resolving disputes arising during the process of business dissolution and bankruptcy.

Additionally, Mr. Doan provides legal advice to Enterprises in areas such as company formation and governance, commercial contracts, international trade contracts, and represents/supports enterprises in negotiating loan transactions, equity transfers, asset transfers, and project-related deals.

• Representing and protecting the legal rights and interests of construction contractors and material suppliers in large Projects such as: Lao National Assembly Building, Bach Mai Hospital phase 2, Viet Duc Hospital phase 2, Discovery Complex Project (Cau Giay, Hanoi), and Xuan Phuong urban area (Nam Tu Liem – Hanoi).
• Participating in the resolution of disputes in three major real estate projects in Dien Ban town, Quang Nam province, involving over 700 parties;
• Participate in handling complex labor disputes, such as lawsuits for compensation due to illegal dismissal/unlawful termination;
• Resolving disputes arising from credit Contracts with Agribank, BIDV, and VPBank; Consulting and resolving bad debts at credit institutions;
• Participating in the bankruptcy procedures of several companies in Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi;
• Involved in resolving several criminal cases, including a case involving the former Secretary of Ben Cat town; a fraud case involving asset embezzlement at 261 Phan Dinh Phung, Da Lat, Lam Dong; and a case of counterfeit medical equipment and protective clothing in Hanoi;
• Providing consultancy on international trade contracts between Vietnamese enterprises and partners from China, Japan, South Korea, the US, and Europe;

• Bachelor’s Degree in International Law – Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam;
• Member of the Hanoi Bar Association;
